I am proud to announce the arrival of my new album Sure Lines, now available for download. CD copies will become available in due course, but I just couldn't wait any longer to release this material...

As usual, the production process has been a lengthy one, but I do enjoy these solo projects as there are no time-constraints, deadlines to meet or specific musical styles to stick to. Consequently, Sure Lines is a colourful and varied album, with a heavy yet melodic feel. I am really pleased to have encompassed some real extremes of dynamics and emotion.

For this album, I am fortunate to have employed the skills of Ian Pickering on drums. This has given the album real energy and more of a 'live feel', which I think was a little lacking in the sampled drum tracks on the Mr Lucky album. As always, the sleeve design and photography have been beautifully crafted by Dawn Bainbridge, whose imagery always gives my projects a unique twist.

It would be great if you could also check out our new band, Colonel McKenzie's Glorious Truth, already playing tunes from my solo albums much better than I can do on my own...
